UKCAT Tip 12: Admittance to medical school is not solely based on this UKCAT test

There are some medical schools that don’t use the UKCAT to assess your suitability for admission. Some use no admissions test at all, while others use the BMAT. If you are very concerned about the UKCAT this knowledge may help settle your nerves: there are options which do not require a high UKCAT score.

  • Oxford Undergraduate (post-2012 Graduate Entry does not require UKCAT)
